Vincenzo Alaia founded Cafe’ Alaia out of a lifelong love for Italian cuisine and a desire to share genuine, soulful dishes with the Westchester community. Raised in the outskirts of Naples, Vincenzo learned early on that food is a powerful way to bring people together. Inspired by the flavors and techniques passed down from his family and his long experience in Italy and New York City, he dreamed of creating a space that felt like an extension of his own Italian home.

    Cafe’ Alaia opened its doors and quickly became known for its warm ambiance and commitment to authenticity. Each dish is prepared with ingredients sourced from both local markets and imported Italian goods, ensuring a perfect blend of freshness and traditional flavors. Vincenzo can often be found mingling with guests, sharing stories behind each recipe, and making sure every visitor feels like family
